Much
like our previous Tasty Type of Clarendon, Rockwell is a slab-serif typeface. Distinguished
for its un-bracketed serifs and strokes being of the same weight, Rockwell has
become a timeless classic. Released in 1934 by (you guessed it) Monotype, it
has become a popular choice for headline text in many publications. The font
was revived by Morris Fuller Benton (Famous for creating many of the ‘Gothics’)
in 1920, after he cut new weights based off of the 1910 typeface ‘Litho
Antique’. It has geometric aspects that can be noted on the letter ‘o’.

This textile trader have used only the
font for the signage of their shop. With such strong strokes, it really is a
feature against the black walls.
Futura Medium, personally I cannot get
enough of this font. As you can see my blogs titles are top examples of this.
(Also goes with Comic Neue)
